While we speacialize in adult self defense programs we have classes for students of all ages.
Most of our students are here for Self Defense Education but we have students who just come for fitness. That being said we are not a sport style school and we do not train sport fighters.
Our self defense programs are designed to to meet your goals. If you are looking for a longer term black belt program that would be our shaolin Kempo program. If you are looking for a short term self defense program then our Priaml Self Defense Program or our Commando Krav Maga program would be the right choice. If you are looking for a mid term black belt program with a tactical focus (no katas) then our Combat Hapkido Program is the perfect choice.
All of our classes rovide a substantial fitness program to increase your level of strength, flexibility, cardio vascular fitness, and over all health. We just ask that you moderate yourself based on your level of fitness when you come in. We want to move you forward in your health and fitness goals not cause you injury or discourage your progress.
Our Adult Programs are from 6 pm to 7 pm Monday through Friday (students should attend at least 2 classes per week)
